Southeast Homes has been building custom homes since 1983.

How long have you been in the Industry?

JW Fussell, the Owner, Wende Chaucer the President/General Manager and Matt Chaucer the Vice President/Construction Manager of Southeast Homes, have been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years.

What size homes do you build?

Any Size.

Where do you build homes?

Southeast homes has built homes in New Hanover, Pender and Duplin counties along eastern North Carolina. We would be happy to build in South Onslow and North Brunswick counties as well.

Are you building in specific communities?

While Southeast Homes will be happy to bid on any custom home project, we are currently building in several subdivisons in Hampstead and the golf community of River Landing in Wallace.
